Our Fees


We understand that our clients require transparency and therefore feel it important to publish our fees and charges.













The fees quoted above are approximate.  We will estimate the likely total cost of the Case Management work. You will understand that we cannot guarantee the accuracy of any estimate given due to your requirements and the case management involved being unique. We pride ourselves on being competitive and have not increased our rates since 2008. All rates will be reviewed on an annual basis.




Terms of Business

Payment of Fees


We will render monthly invoices for our work. Invoices are sent out at the beginning of the month following the month in which the work has been completed. At any time during the work, if you request it, we will give you an estimate of the amount of costs incurred up to date.

After an invoice has been delivered to you, it should be paid within 28 days. You will understand that JW Case Management will charge a penalty for late payment at a rate of 5% above bank base rate per annum accruing from day to day on the amount outstanding from the date of the invoice until the payment is made, unless prior agreement has been reached.


Quality of Service


We seek to provide a high quality service to all our clients. If at any time you are concerned about any aspect of our service to you, you should speak to the Case Manager responsible and contact either the Case Management Society UK (CMSUK) or the Association of Brain Injury Case Managers (BABICM) for advice.




Welcome to our website. At JW Case Management we will help you with the case management of care packages, acting as a facilitating service only for the employment of support workers. Although the Case Manager cannot always arrange to be available immediately or at short notice, we will ensure that you receive the necessary attention at the earliest possible convenience.
